Wegz to Release New Album on August 29, After New Alamein Festival Performance

 

Egyptian rap sensation Wegz has announced that his highly anticipated new album will be released on August 29, just days after his big performance at the New Alamein Festival that took place on August 22. 

 

Wegz revealed that the album’s first single dropped on Tuesday. 

 

 

The young star set the stage on fire at U-ARENA on Friday, August 22. A massive show drew thousands of fans and featured a mix of his biggest hits.

 

Wegz’s latest single, “Khesaret El Shaab” (I Lost the People), already made waves, debuting in two Billboard Arabia charts within its first week—securing #7 on the Top 50 Hip-Hop list and #66 on the Hot 100.
