Kneecap Leads “Free Palestine” Chant, Triggers Coachella Livestream Blackout

 

Irish rap group Kneecap shows solidarity with Palestine once again during the second weekend of Coachella by speaking out against Israel’s actions in Gaza and leading a “Free Palestine” chant during their performance.

 

 

 

They also displayed anti-Israel messages on the backdrop of the Sonora tent.

 

 

These projections were reportedly shown during the first weekend as well, which led to their set being removed from the livestream.

 

For the second weekend, performances from the Sonora tent were not live-streamed, likely as a result of those previous displays.
