Amir Eid Makes His Big-Screen Debut in Ahlam Sultan El Mansi, Reuniting with Kamel El Basha and Mohamed Nayer

 

Amir Eid is stepping into his first leading film role with Ahlam Sultan El Mansi (Dreams of Sultan El Mansi), starring alongside celebrated Palestinian actor Kamel El Basha.

 

 

 

This marks Eid’s official cinema debut and the latest collaboration in a creative trio that includes writer-director Mohamed Nayer.

 

 

 

 

Eid and Nayer first teamed up on the hit series Revo (Parts 1 & 2), where Eid starred and Nayer penned the script.  

 

 

 

 

Kamel El Basha joined the cast in Dawa’i El Safar, Eid and Nayer's second project together where Nayer served as the screenwriter and the director of that series, which premiered on May 2024 on Watch It, cemented the trio’s chemistry and storytelling power.

 

 

 

Now, with Ahlam Sultan El Mansi, they’re bringing that synergy to the big screen—marking Eid and El Basha’s second on-screen pairing and Nayer’s continued rise as a filmmaker.

 

 

 

 

The film also stands as the third collaboration between Eid and Nayer, following their successful run with Revo and Dawa’i El Safar, these two series helped launch Eid’s acting career and showcased Nayer’s sharp storytelling.

 

This isn’t just another film—it’s a reunion of a team that’s already made waves in streaming, now aiming for impact in cinemas.
