With the success of the movie “Flight 404 ”trending in the past few days since its release in Egyptian theaters, many questions came out about the song played on the credits endroll.
This song brings together Layla Murad's famous 'Ya Rayehin Lil-Nabi' from 1953, composed by Riad Al-Sanbati and Abu Al-Saoud Al-Ibiary, with one of the renowned Sufi poems by Rabia Al-Adawiya, “Rahti Ya Akhwati Fi Khalwati.”
The film’s production companies recently shared it on all social media platforms. The concept of using 'Ya Rayehin Lil-Nabi' was conceived by director Hany Khalifa and writer Mohamed Raga, aligning with the film's core plot events.
They collaborated with Kareem Gaber, also known as “Al Waili” to provide a fresh perspective and integrate it with Rabia Al-Adawiya's poem. Al Waili was enthusiastic about presenting it with a different arrangement while preserving the presence of the late star Layla Murad's voice.
The composition also includes the vocals of Nada Abbas, who sang the verses in a unique musical experiment. The music and arrangement were swiftly executed by Al Waili, produced by “Wrst” Studio in collaboration with Film Clinic for Flight404.
On the other hand, the film has achieved over 6 million Egyptian pounds since its release, along with critical acclaim and popularity.

It is written by Mohamed Ragaa, directed by Hani Khalifa, and produced by Mohamed Hefzy and Shahinaz Al-Akkad, through their Film Clinic and Lagoonie Film Production in co-production with KSA's Arabia Pictures Entertainment group and Hi Media Production. The film is distributed by Misr International Films inside Egypt and Front Row Filmed Entertainment outside Egypt
