Arab artist concerts abroad in 2024

MENA artists are starting to branch out of their homelands, hosting concerts allowing Middle Eastern living abroad to attend and sing along to their favorite artists.
 

In 2023, Egyptian rapper WEGZ went on tour around Europe and North America, and Carolee, the band, had their first North American tour the year prior. This year, more and more Arab artists are venturing out of the Middle East to performing for their international fans. 

Elyanna, the Chilean-Palestinian singer, rose to fame with her smooth voice and unique music. Elyanna headlined Coachella week one in 2023, and began her tour shortly after. The singer is scheduled to visit cities in Canada and around the U.S. within the first weeks of 2024. 

Mohamad Hamaki, the famous Egyptian pop singer, was originally scheduled to perform on his North American tour in November of 2023. However, there were some scheduling conflicts and his tour was postponed to late February and early March of this year. Hamaki is performing in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C. 

Following his successful U.S. tour in 2023, singer El Esseily is visiting European city Berlin and London in February for his first tour in the continent. The singer, who released the single Salamat Habibi in October of last year, is known worldwide for his producing and vocals. 

This year, Coachella is including another Palestinian artist. Saint Levant, the famous Palestinian musician known for his blend of english and Arabic lyrics, is debuting the music festival in April. Saint Levant rose to fame with his EP, “From Gaza, With Love.”

Nancy Ajram, the world renowned pop singer, is going on tour in the new year as well. The Lebanese artist, titled by Spotify as the ‘Queen of Pop,’ has been singing for years, with many hit songs known internationally. Ajram is set to visit places such as London, Paris, and Las Vegas in the upcoming weeks.
