Egyptian Tourism Authority organizes promotional tours with Dr. Zahi Hawass in Baltic countries, Denmark to promote cultural tourism

 

The Egyptian Tourism Authority is organizing a series of promotional tours with Dr. Zahi Hawass in the Baltic countries and Denmark to promote cultural tourism in Egypt, in September 2023.

 

The tours come in recognition of Dr. Hawass’ as an acclaimed Egyptologist and former Minister of Antiquities who is capable to promote Egyptian tourism abroad.

"First meeting on my European tour to promote tourism to Egypt. In Tallinn Estonia I met with the editor of the most important newspaper in the city to share the message that Egypt is safe for tourists, and to discuss my archaeological discoveries in Egypt. The Egyptian ambassador to Finland, Haitham Salah Kamel Ibrahim  and Dr. Mohamed El Sherbini from the tourist authority were in attendance as well" Hawass commented on his tour.
