According to a Forbes report, Netflix’s “Queen Cleopatra” documentary has received the worst audience rating ever in TV shows history on Rotten Tomatoes.

 

Forbes reported that the controversial documentary got a 1% percent audience approval rate due to the huge  turnout of Egyptians to express their anger because it distorts their history.

 

 

A group of Egyptian jurists and archaeologists demanded that Netflix platform should be prosecuted and demanded a financial compensation of $ 2 billion, for distorting the image of Queen Cleopatra and the ancient Egyptian civilization in a documentary film produced by the platform.

 
The Egyptian jurists and archeologists called for the intervention of UNESCO and that Egypt has the right to receive initial compensation of $2 billion for the damage caused to the Egyptian identity as well as the distortion of the Egyptian heritage.

The documentary which stars Adele James in the title role, has received a shockingly low rating of 1.2 out of 10 on IMDb, based on over 22,000 user reviews which indicated the poor quality of the documentary.
