In the upcoming Ramadan season, young Egyptian actor Mahmoud Yassin Jr. will feature in two TV series — MOHAREB, which stars Hassan El-Raddad and Wafaa Amer, and was written by Mohamed Sayed Bashir and directed by Sherine Adel; and KATEEBA 101, which stars Amr Youssef and Asser Yassin.
KATEEBA 101 tells the story of Brigade 101, which successfully repelled terrorists in Arish — a city in North Sinai — in January 2018. The series is written by Eyad Saleh and directed by Mohamed Salama.

Mahmoud Yassin's most recent achievements include being named Best Rising Actor at the Satellite Festival and receiving an award at the Arab Excellence and Creativity Forum for his role in the TV series WITHOUT A GUARDIAN, which was a big hit during the 2021 Ramadan season.
WITHOUT A GUARDIAN starred Yasmin Abdelaziz, Ahmed Elawady, Khaled El-Sawy, Khaled Sarhan, and Badria Tolba, and was written by Amr Yassin and directed by Mostafa Fekry.
Mahmoud Yassin Jr. is an Egyptian actor who has starred in several successful TV productions, including many Ramadan TV series, such as the Synergy-produced drama series AL-FETEWA (Ramadan 2020) — which was written by Hani Sarhan and directed by Hussein Al-Manbawi — alongside Yasser Galal, Ahmed Salah Hosni, Mai Omar, Naglaa Badr, Ahmed Khalil, Riyad Al-Kholi, and Enaam Salousa.
Mahmoud also appeared in the third season of MY DESTINY, YOUR DESTINY as Abdullah, and in the second season of EXCEPT ME (2021) in the stand-alone episode titled 'ON THE SIDELINES' as Adham, as well as in the second season of the TV series ZAI EL QAMAR in the episode titled 'UMM AL-AYAL.'
