The documentary production sector of the United Media Services (UMS) announced that its first Egyptian Documentaries Channel has succeeded in acquiring exclusive documentaries.
 
The Documentaries Channel will start broadcasting its content on Sunday, February 19 at 8:00 pm.
 
 
The UMS’s Documentaries Channel noted that some of its content will not be available on any other paid platform and cannot be viewed through any other channel in the Arab world, the channel has succeeded in acquiring this exclusive content to be shown for free on its screen.
 
 
The Documentaries Channel will display a number of distinguished international documentaries for the first time including a documentary series tackling the TV series making titled ( AMERICA in Primetime) which houses the most prominent and famous figures working in this industry, covers the most famous and latest American series.
 
 
The episodes ot ( AMERICA in Primetime) provides special coverage of famous American series including “Breaking Bad", which has achieved great success around the world since its premiere.
 
 
 
Ahmed El-Dreiny, head of the documentaries production sector at the United Media Services said: We aim in our acquisition plans to provide scientific, historical, artistic, political and military content to the Egyptian and Arab viewer, giving our audience an overall view of the world’s most urgent issues, allowing them to know more about other civilizations and cultures.
 
 
 
UMS's Documentaries Channel was keen to acquire the rights to broadcast a number of award-winning films.
