‘Al-Hoor’ troupe to perform in Al-Sennari Archaeological House on Oct. 13

CAIRO – 13 October 2022: On October 13 at 7 p.m., Bibliotheca Alexandrina is holding an artistic and heritage concert for Al-Hoor troupe, at Al-Sennari Archaeological House.

The concert’s program includes a selection of traditional songs and poems.

Al-Hoor troupe was established in January 2017 and consists of 10 girls. The troupe is interested in reviving heritage by relying mainly on percussion, in addition to oriental instruments such as the qanun, the flute and the lute, as well as most stringed instruments.
