CAIRO – 27 July 2022: Italy invited Egyptologist Zahi Hawass to give a lecture on Tutankhamun, within the celebration of the centenary of the Golden king's tomb discovery.

 

 

 

 

The celebration was attended by many public figures, archaeologists, university professors and important personalities in the historical city of Perugia, Italy.

Hawass' lecture in the Archeology Museum in Perugia witnessed huge attendance. A film about Tutankhamun was also screened after the lecture.

 

 

 

 

It was reported that the attendees refused to leave after the event and wanted to stay longer to speak to Hawass about his new discoveries and take pictures with him.
