CAIRO – 25 July 2022: “Layers from the South” art exhibition for Sudanese artist Al-Hameem Almahy launched on July 24 at Access Art Space, in the presence of a group of fine artists.

The exhibition runs until August 17.

It is noteworthy that Al-Hameem Almahy Ibrahim is a plastic artist whose paintings list his universality in tasting, digesting and creating art. He enjoyed the talent of drawing while he was still at a young age, but that talent did not prevent him from searching for craftsmanship from science in the field of art and formation, so he learned at the Palace of Youth and Children Institute.

Almahy participated in an art workshop in the Sudanese Plastic Artists Union in 2010, and in a group exhibition at the French Cultural Center in 2013. He also participated in a group exhibition and a workshop in the field of protecting antiquities and arts under the auspices of the National Council for Letters and Arts.
