CAIRO – 8 June 2022: The National Center for Child Culture, headed by the writer Mohamed Nassef, will conclude the evaluation of the works submitted for the “Egypt in the eyes of the world’s children” competition on June 12.

Held under the auspices of Minister of Culture Enas Abdel Dayem, this competition is the oldest in the center's history, and has been going strong from 1990 until now, according to Nassef. The competition acts like an ambassador of Egypt and the Ministry of Culture, represented by the National Center for Child Culture.

Nassef added that the competition is organized by the center's External Cultural Relations Department, in cooperation with the Foreign Cultural Relations Sector of the Ministry of Culture. This year, more than 30 countries participated in the competition, with more than 1,500 paintings from different parts of the world, including Poland, Uzbekistan, France, India, Mexico, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Nicaragua, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
