CAIRO – 29 May 2022: The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat received the retired Italian player of AC Roma and the Italian national team Francesco Totti, on the sidelines of his current visit to Egypt to watch the Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid.

Totti was received by Ahmed Ghoneim, head of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Ghoneim gave Totti an overview of the museum, the history of its establishment, and its unique archaeological holdings that narrate the history of the Egyptian civilization throughout the ages. Totti toured the museum, which includes the Central Exhibition Halls, the Egyptian Textiles Hall, and the Royal Mummies Hall.

During the tour, Totti expressed his happiness with this tour, and the greatness of the museum's unique archaeological holdings.
