Al-Ghoury Creativity Center to host concert for Dalia Abdel Wahab on Jan. 23

CAIRO – 23 January 2022: On January 23 at 8 p.m., Al-Ghoury Creativity Center will host a concert for Dalia Abdel Wahab and her music ensemble.

During the concert, Abdel Wahab will present a collection of Tarab songs.

Dalia Abdel Wahab is a soloist in the Abdel Halim Nouira Ensemble for Arab Music. She graduated from the Higher Institute of Arabic Music in Alexandria. She presented a number of concerts in various cultural places in Egypt and was well received by audiences and critics.

It is noteworthy that Wakalat Al-Ghouri is located within an architectural group built in the late Mamluk era. Its importance comes from the fact that it was established in the era of a Circassian Mamluk, Al-Ashraf Abu Al-Nasr Qanswa Al-Ghouri, who ruled Egypt from 1501 to 1516.
