Following the success of the comedy superstar Russell Peters’ first live show in Egypt, held in ZED Park El Sheikh Zayed this past weekend, Egyptian Rock band Cairokee will perform next week.

As part of Russell Peters’ Act Your Age World Tour, the Canadian stand-up comedian, actor, and producer, held his trademark performance for the first time in Cairo, on December 17th and 18th as part of the ZED WinterFest, and was met with wide success with audiences that came in from across Egypt.

Cairokee, fronted by lead singer Amir Eid, are scheduled to take the stage at ZED Park once more after their sold-out concert last year, next Thursday December 23rd.

The band will bring audiences and park goers a night full of stellar alternative and rock music, showcasing a collection of some of the best sound that Egypt has to offer.

Haitham Mohamed, CEO of Ora Developers Egypt, stated: “We’re very proud to present our visitors with some of Egypt’s best voices throughout the ZED WinterFest, with our exceptional line-up of performances this winter season. The Cairokee concert at ZED Park is part of our plan to transform the park into an entertainment and musical destination this season. This is following our opening night show with superstars Mahmoud El Essily and Abu, and we are also looking at offering a performance by pop megastar Nancy Ajram, early next month. We are confident these performances will leave a lasting impression on our festival visitors.”

In parallel to the musical performances, the ZED WinterFest brings to its visitors various activities and presents a wide range of attractions. This includes the trademark Ferris wheel, carnival games, parades, and a wide array of rides for the whole family, along with a huge food district, all in the heart of ZED Park.

The ZED WinterFest runs through February 2022.
