Heliopolis Library to hold “New Year – New Goals” symposium on Dec. 21

CAIRO – 20 December 2021: Head of the Heliopolis Association Nabil Helmy, announced the organization of a symposium entitled "New Year - New Goals", on December 21 at 5 p.m. in Heliopolis Library.

The symposium aims to explain how to plan the goals for the New Year, and strive to achieve them, taking into account that the goals should be realistic, applicable and of real benefit.

Helmy said that people strive to achieve their goals every year, but some may find it very difficult due to repetitive failed attempts that could cause exhaustion and frustration, so it is necessary to find ways to maintain determination.
