CAIRO – 25 November 2021: Security forces in Luxor Governorate closed the Corniche Road hours before the grand opening of the historic Al-Kebbash Road [Rams Road], which will take place in a memorable event on November 25 at 7:30 p.m.

Tight security measures have been applied, while preparations continue inside the Luxor Temple along Al-Kebbash Road, under the supervision of the Saadi Gohar Company.

The grand ceremony “Luxor - The Sphinx Avenue” will be held in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and a number of senior officials.

Currently, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, as well as the concerned authorities and organizers of the ceremony are conducting the last rehearsals.

An electronic display is installed in the rehearsal, where one of the pillars of the Karnak Temples appears in the middle; then the screen returns to normal again to display the Opet Festival boats.

The screen is remotely controlled by a German director through a display regulator.

The ceremony will be performed with the melodies of the hymn of the ancient Egyptian deity Amun Ra in the background.

Also, the Experience Egypt channel on YouTube uploaded a promotional video of the Rams Road, according to RT.
