CAIRO – 17 November 2021: The Picasso East Gallery in the Fifth Settlement will host artist Ahmad Chiha's exhibition titled “Egyptian Soul” on November 20 at 5 p.m.

 

 

 

 

The opening ceremony will be attended by a group of plastic artists, actors, media professionals and some public figures.

 

 

 

 

The exhibition "Egyptian Soul" includes nearly 50 artworks. The exhibition's activities will also include the signing of a book from the Picasso East Gallery.

 

 

 

 

The book highlights Chiha's artwork through the years, his various artistic stages and his multiple artistic techniques, accompanied by numerous studies conducted by the most famous critics of the fine arts movement in the Arab region.

 

 

 

 

It is worth mentioning that Ahmad Chiha participated in many special exhibitions in Lebanon, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq, as well as the exhibitions of Cairo’s El-Hanager Art Center from 1995 to1999, among others.

 

 

 

 

Chiha received several awards, including a Certificate of Appreciation from the California Government Council for his artwork there in 1989, the gold medal from Alexandria University, the State Appreciation Award in Arts in 2016 and other local and international honors.
