Egypt’s Opera House to host Mohamed al-Tarawy’s art exhibition ‘Be Yourself’ on November 2-13

CAIRO – 31 October 2021: Cairo Opera House’s Al-Bab Selim Hall will host artist Mohamed al-Tarawy’s exhibition "Be Yourself" on November 2, at 7 p.m.

The exhibition runs daily, except Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will conclude on November 13.

“The artist Mohamed al-Tarawy presents his experience that is based on originality and his passion for Egypt’s cultural and environmental heritage with its very rich features,” said Head of the Plastic Arts Sector Khaled Sorour about the exhibition.

“Al-Tarawy tends to present women in clothes from various Egyptian environments, to express his appreciation for Egyptian women in every area and in recognition of their significant role in the society,” continued Sorour.

“Women are a source of ideas and inspiration on both the visual and written levels. The presence of a woman completes the life you want to live, draws the paths of your dreams, and restores life to its splendor and balance,” said the Artist Mohamed al-Tarawy.
