'Scarecrow' exhibition for Ahmed Nabil - ET

CAIRO – 3 October 2021: Head of the Plastic Arts Sector Khaled Sorour, will inaugurate a new exhibition for veteran artist Ahmed Nabil, titled “Scarecrow”, providing an important view of his latest artistic creations.

 

 

 

The exhibition will be inaugurated on October 5 at 7 p.m. in the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art in the Egyptian Opera House.

 

 

 

Ahmed Nabil Mohammad Suleiman is an Egyptian plastic artist, born on May 1, 1937. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1960 from the Department of Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University; and a Diploma in mural painting from the Michelangelo Academy in Florence, Italy in 1974.

 

 

 

Nabil was an active member in the artistic movement with personal and group exhibitions, on both the local and international levels.

 

 

 

During his career, he won several awards, and his works were acquired by many official and private institutions and individuals.
