CAIRO – 30 May 2021: Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem convened with President of the General Authority for Cultural Palaces Ahmed Awad and his deputy Hisham Atwa to follow up on the intellectual and creative activities that have been implemented during the second half of the artistic season 2020-2021.

 

 

 

El-Arish Culture Palace was inaugurated in North Sinai after a closure of more than 10 years. The Ministry of Culture’s work plan for the artistic season of 2020-2021 included the launch of 17,330 activities that benefited 373,294 citizens nationwide, in addition to 17,000 electronic [online] activities through its YouTube and social media platforms.

 

 

 

Also, a number of creative projects and initiatives have been implemented to raise citizens’ awareness and achieve cultural justice across the country.

 

 

 

Moreover, Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem followed up the executive position of a number of the authority’s cultural interface projects that were completed and await the approval of the Civil Protection Authority.
