CAIRO – 26 May 2021: After meeting with the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled el-Enany on May 25, the Serbian government delegation headed by Igor Mirovic, visited the Giza Pyramids and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat.

They visit began with the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat, where Vice Executive President of the Museum for Administration and Operation Fairouz Fikry accompanied the delegation on a tour that included the Central Exhibition hall and the Mummies hall. 

 

 

 

 

The Serbian delegation expressed their admiration of the museum and its unique artifacts.

At the Giza Pyramids, Director of the Archeological Area Ashraf Mohi el-Din accompanied the delegation on the tour.

Governor of  Vojvodina and head of the Serbian delegation Igor Mirovic expressed his happiness for seeing the Great Pyramids of Giza, as it was his first visit. The delegation also visited the Sphinx and took photos in the panorama area.
