Foreign currencies up Monday

CAIRO – 3 July 2017: After recording a slight increase, the euro hiked to an average of LE 20.60 for buying and LE 20.72 for selling, up from LE 20.26 for buying and LE 20.55 for selling in Sunday transactions.

The Great British Pound (GBP) also went up to an average of LE 23.48 for buying and LE 23.63 for selling, compared to LE 22.96 for buying and LE 23.4 for selling in the previous day.

Arab currencies remained stable against the Egyptian pound as the Saudi Riyal marked LE 4.80 for buying and LE 4.83 for selling, and the Emirati Dirham recorded LE 4.91 for selling and LE 4.93 for buying.

The Kuwaiti dinar increased to LE 59.52 for buying and LE 59.87 for selling.
