KAFR EL SHEIKH - 2 July 2017: Minister of Communication and Information Technology Yasser Al Qadi said the least broadband internet speed offered by Telecom Egypt Company will reach 4 MB by the end of 2017.

In statements on the fringe of his tour of a number of development projects for post and communications in Kafr El Sheikh, the minister said 47 percent of current ADSL lines are providing 4 MB speed, while 53 percent reach 16 MB.

He said recent projects in Kafr el Sheikh will provide citizens with high quality services in preparation for changing to the digital society.
