Egypt to offer units at 6 new industrial complexes in 2021

CAIRO – 6 January 2020: Minister of Industry and Trade Nevine Gamea stated Wednesday that units at six new industrial complexes will be offered to investors in 2021 saying that sales are quite good in spite of the pandemic circumstances.

 

The minister affirmed that units at seven complexes will be delivered by the end of the month.

 

In December, the New Urban Communities Authority offered 81 industrial units at the 10th of Ramadan City.

 

The units are located in the industrial SME's complexes, particularly B and C spanning over six million square meters southern the city. The surface area of each is 702 square meters.

 

Applicants had to be operating in the sectors of engineering industries, chemicals, plastics, textile, food processing, and wood industry.
