CAIRO - 11 November 2020: Minister of Planning Hala el Saeed asserted that investing in the human element is a priority to the Egyptian state as it provides the base for building and development.


Saeed, also head of board of trustees in the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, said that developing the human resources became a cornerstone to achieve future comprehensive development.



This came in a statement of the Ministry of Planning on Wednesday at the end of a training program held by the institute on strategic and sustainable development 2030 implemented in cooperation with Hans Zidel German Foundation.



Saeed pointed out to the efforts of the institute in boosting skills and competitive abilities to achieve Egypt's vision 2030, adding that the training program aims at standing on the concept of strategic and sustainable development 2030.
