CAIRO - 5 November 2020: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued a decree sanctioning an agreement on commercial conditions between the Egyptian Finance Ministry, Emirates NBD, First Abu Dhabi Bank and others.

 
The deal was signed in July, 2020.
 
The decree was published in the gazette on Thursday.
