CAIRO - 31 May 2020: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes achieved collective gains in early trading on Sunday prompted by the purchases of Egyptian and Arab institutions and investment funds.
The market capital gained LE 5 billion to hit LE 547.7 billion.
The EGX 30 benchmark index jumped 1.12 percent, registering 10,223.54 points.
The broader EGX 70 EWI index of the leading small and mid-cap enterprises (SMEs) increased 1.36 percent, recording 1,146.49 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index was up 1.48 percent, hitting 1,856.05 points.
