CAIRO - 3 September 2019: EgyptAir will receive on Sunday the first Airbus 220-300 plane in a ceremony in Hall 4 at Cairo International Airport.

The national carrier had signed a contract with Airbus company for purchasing 12 planes at a total cost of around $1 billion.

The 12 planes are to be handed over in the period from September to May next year with the first one to be delivered next week.
