CAIRO, July 1 (MENA) - The Planning Ministry of Egypt launched Monday a "Leadership and Government Excellence" program meant to hone skills of civil servants.

The Egyptian government is keen on investing in human resources in line with a 2030 strategy, the Ministry said in a statement.

Enhancing potentials is key to achieving administrative reform, the statement said, noting that all human cadres are receiving training to enhance their skills in their own field of specialization.

It also touched upon structural and procedural reforms, stressing that all plans are meant to serve citizens in the first place and achieve sustainable development.
