CAIRO - 5 March 2019: For the second year in a row, Palm Hills Developments has been awarded the prestigious bt100 “Exceptionally Innovative Project” accolade for their revolutionary 6th of October project, Badya.

CEO of Palm Hills Developments Mohamed Sultan accepted the award on behalf of the leading real estate company.

The bt100 “Exceptionally Innovation Project” award is granted to those companies who have made an impact in practical innovation and represent these principles through the application of technology in their corporate structure and projects.

Sultan commented on the milestone, “This award underscores Palm Hills Developments’ success in pioneering the concept of innovation in the real estate market and validates our efforts of creating a “Creative City” that represents a brighter future for the residents of Badya and the residents of Cairo.”

He goes on to add, “The city of Badya is the first project in the region to merge creativity and modern technology in a framework that houses innovation at the core of its activities. The resounding positivity we received for Badya assures us that our efforts to change the real estate mindset in Egypt have cemented Palm Hills Developments as a leading figure in the market.”

Badya is located in the heart of the 6 October City and consists of six self-contained residential districts that house independent services. Providing an integrated lifestyle built on nature and health, Badya contains an abundance of green spaces, pedestrian walkways, bicycle paths, and facilities that include an international university campus, clubhouse, and commercial district, to name a few.

It is also worthy to note that Palm Hills Developments was awarded the "bt100 Crystal Awards" last year for best performing company on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
