CAIRO – 4 June 2017: The U.S. dollar exchange recorded an average of LE 18.03 for buying and LE 18.13 for selling against the Egyptian pound in Sunday banking transactions.
Keep the same exchange rate, the euro has also recorded an average of LE 20.23 for buying and LE 20.36 for selling, according to Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) rates.
As for the British Pound (GBP) it marked an average of LE 23.17 for buying and LE 23.30 for selling.
The Arab currencies have remained stable against the Egyptian pound. The Saudi riyal marked LE 4.80 for buying and LE 4.83 for selling, while the Kuwaiti dinar registered LE 59.36 for buying and LE 59.76 for selling and the Emirati dirham marked LE 4.90 for buying and LE 4.93 for selling.
