CAIRO - 27 May 2018: The Ministry of Trade, in cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), held a week-long course for 20 trainees from 10 African countries on Japan's quality and production systems.

Representing Sudan, Comoros, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Malawi , Zimbabwe and Mozambique, the trainees attended the course that was held under the auspices of Trade Minister Tarek Kabil.

The course reviewed the continued improvement of production line as well as ways to increase production of Japanese machines, industrial council for technology & innovation centers rapporteur Hannan el Khodary said.

She added that the course included workshops on adjusting production lines through quality control.
