CAIRO - 18 March 2018: Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Kabil left Cairo on Sunday for Brussels to attend the 10th Union for the Mediterranean Trade Ministerial Conference.

In a statement on Sunday, the minister said the meeting will focus on Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, especially in the trade domain.

The talks will also tackle promoting current free trade agreements and signing new comprehensive free trade deals.

The conference will gather the 43 Trade Ministers of the Union for the Mediterranean Member States.

The conference is expected to develop initiatives to facilitate and increase trade and investment flows, in order to enhance and strengthen the mutually-beneficial economic integration process in the Mediterranean region
