CAIRO - 15 February 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi issued a decree approving an Extended Fund Facility (EFF) agreement that was signed between Egypt and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The agreement was approved by the IMF's Executive Board on November 11, 2016.

The president also issued a decree considering as a public utility a project linking New Damietta city road to the International Coastal Highway in Damietta governorate.

Sisi issued another decree allocating a piece of state-owned land stretching over an area of 29,94 feddans (equivalent to 125,809 square meters) in Aswan governorate to set up a factory for organic waste processing and manufacturing of compost.

Another decree was issued allocating a piece of state-owned land spreading over an area of 0.4 feddans (1,710 square meters) in Farshout township, Qena governorate in Upper Egypt, to establish a natural gas pressure reducing and metering station.
