Medhat Nafei appointed CEO at Holding Company for Mineral Industries

CAIRO – 22 November 2017: Minister of the Public Business Sector Asharaf El Sharkawy has appointed economic expert Medhat Nafei as CEO of Holding Company for Mineral Industries.

Nafei has a Ph.D. in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University. He worked as a lecturer of managerial finance at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport.

He is also a Faculty of Bachelor’s Arts council member at Misr International University, as well as a former member of the Supreme Executive Committee of the Egyptian Stock Exchange. His last post was vice chairman of the Sustainability Work Group (SWG) at the World Federation of Exchanges.
