Demand on real estate up 12% in July MoM: Aqarmap

CAIRO – 4 August 2017: Demand on real estate in Egypt rose 12 percent in July month-on-month to reach 3,017 points, according to the monthly Aqarmap Real Estate Index.
The demand is expected to keep increasing in August then falling in September.

Aqarmap website recorded a continuous demand on the area of North Coast, New Cairo, Shorouk, Sheikh Zayed and October.

In June, the demand on residential real estate rose 13 percent to reach 2,682 points.
The AqarMap Egypt Index was launched in 2012 and acts as a monthly indicator of how the property market is performing.
