CAIRO – 2 August 2017: Minister of Petroleum Tarek el-Molla announced new appointments and reshuffle in the state-owned petroleum sector companies Wednesday.

The changes included new head and deputies for Ganoub El Wadi Petroleum Holding Company (GANOPE), a statement from the Ministry of Petroleum said.

Molla also appointed new chairmen for Badr El-Din Petroleum Company (BAPETCO), Suez Oil Company (SUCO), Tharwa Petroleum Company, Emirate Misr Petroleum Products Company, Wastani Petroleum Company (WASCO) and Esh El Mallaha Petroleum Company (Eshpetco).

In March, Molla appointed new heads for the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).

Molla usually announces new appointments in the EGPC-affiliated companies on a monthly basis, according to the website of the ministry.
