CAIRO - 1 February 2026: Philip Morris Egypt has announced updated prices for all its tobacco products, including heated tobacco products HEETS and TEREA, as well as traditional cigarettes from the Merit, Marlboro, and L&M brands.
The new prices will take effect starting Monday.
According to a statement released by the company on Sunday, the updated prices are as follows:

Merit (all types): LE 111, up from LE 105

Marlboro (all types): LE 102, up from LE 97

Marlboro Crafted (all types): LE 79, unchanged

L&M (all types): LE 82, up from LE 76

TEREA (all types): LE 82

TEREA Capsules (all types): LE 87

HEETS (all types): LE 69
Ali Nafzat Karman, General Manager of Philip Morris Egypt and the Levant, said the company remains committed to meeting the needs of adult smokers and nicotine users in the Egyptian market. He added that the price adjustments are part of Philip Morris’ broader vision of transitioning toward a smoke-free future, reflecting the company’s continued focus on innovation and responsible business practices.
The company emphasized that these updates are aligned with its strategy to balance market demands and support adult consumers while promoting reduced-risk alternatives to traditional cigarettes.
