Egyptian Steel ranks 4th among top 60 building firms in 2017

CAIRO – 19 July 2017: Egyptian Steel came in fourth place on Construction Business News magazine’s list of best 60 companies operating in the construction and building materials sector in 2017.

Construction Business News magazine prepares an annual list for the best construction building material companies in the Middle East.

Egyptian Steel is chaired by the Egyptian businessman Ahmed Abu Hashima. The company is using green technology.

With the inauguration of Ain Sokhna Plant, the firm’s market stake will reach 20 percent. In addition to a huge project in the field of community service, the company will also develop the poor villages in Egypt’s governorates.

The steel company used Real Madrid footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in its advertising campaign. It was an important step for the company to compete globally.
