MSMEDA financed 2,134 projects in Red Sea in 2022

CAIRO - 20 February 2023: The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) financed 2,134 projects in the Red Sea governorate in 2022 at the cost of LE 160 million, according to the Head of the Agency’s branch in the governorate, Ashraf Hussein.
 
Hussein added in a statement on Monday, said that these projects provided 3,609 job opportunities.
 
He said that the MSMEDA branch in the Red Sea presented 2,700 non-financial services in 2022. 
 
The one-stop service unit within the branch ranked first at the level of the Republic in achieving services during the year 2022, according to Hussein.
 
In addition, 25 clients were trained on the Start Your Project program, and 40 clients benefited from registration services in the supplier register in government agencies, barcode service, project integration service, and e-marketing services.
 
He stated that technical and financial support was provided to the owners of industrial projects in the industrial complex in Hurghada, and LE 50 million were made available to the owners of industrial projects in the industrial complex for 20 projects in the complex.
