CAIRO - 17 February 2022: The Egyptian Gazette published in its issue issued, Thursday, four republican decisions approving agreements between the Ministry of Finance and international financial parties, including First Abu Dhabi Bank and Emirates NBD.
 
It published the Presidential Decree No. 559 of 2021 approving the Conventional Facility Agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt through the Ministry of Finance, with First Abu Dhabi Bank and other parties, with a total value of $1.5 billion as a green loan used to finance green projects, signed on November 11, 2021.
 
The Official Gazette also published the Presidential Decision No. 560 of 2021 approving the Islamic Facilitation Agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt through the Ministry of Finance and First Abu Dhabi Bank, signed on November 11, 2021.
 
Moreover, it published, in its issue, the Presidential Decision No. 561 of 2021 approving the Investment Agency Agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt acting through the Ministry of Finance, with First Abu Dhabi Bank and others, signed on November 11, 2021.
 
The Official Gazette also published in its issue, Thursday, the Presidential Decision No. 562 of 2021 approving the commercial terms agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt through the Ministry of Finance, with Emirates NBD (Capital Limited), First Abu Dhabi Bank and others, signed on November 11, 2021.
