TAMEER Collaborates with Falcon, LEEDS TFM, and Lyve to build happier and stronger communities in AZAD

Prior to the delivery phase of its New Cairo Compound AZAD this month, real estate developer TAMEER signed cooperation protocols with several renowned community management and security companies as part of their commitment to building safer, happier, and stronger sociable community.

This collaboration aims to refine “AZADians” experience at the AZAD compound where TAMEER is cooperating with top maintenance and facility management company LEADS TFM, community experience management company Lyve, and is partnering with Falcon, one of Egypt’s leading  one-stop security company to provide the AZADians with the highest security levels.

This month marks the beginning of delivering several residential buildings, with apartments ranging between 140 and 306 sqm ready to move into, and charming views across the location’s 55 acres.

Boasting a prime location, AZAD is situated across from the American University in Cairo and within the center of New Cairo, providing accessibility to major road arteries that lead through Cairo.

Joining forces with LEADS TFM, Lyve and Falcon, TAMEER leads the charge to establish a community of active and hands-on neighbors, and promises AZAD to be a sociable and lively community by the end of 2021,

The upscale compound provides AZADians with a wide array of post-delivery services including internal finishing packages developed in partnership with Mona Hussein Design House. TAMEER will also launch a special community management application to facilitate the management of the AZAD neighborhood as well as promote a sense of community and socialization between residents.

As part of the company’s efforts to establish an active social life between AZADians, TAMEER launched a community management mobile application in cooperation with Lyve, the top free community-management platform that helps bring back the sense of neighborhood to gated communities while improving service levels, communications, and optimizing day-to-day facility management operation. Through the app, AZADians are only a click of a button away from requesting any management service needed for their home including lawn mowing, plumbing, and a lot more
