CAIRO - 27 July 2019: The Arab League General Secretariat announced Saturday that it will fly its flag at half mast for three days to mourn the death of Tunisian president Beji Caid Essebsi.

Earlier today, Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Abul Gheit participated in the funeral of the late leader in Tunis.

Extending his sincere condolences to the Tunisian government and people, Abul Gheit praised the late president's efforts to serve Arab causes and promote joint Arab work.
