Omani FM arrives in Iran for talks with top officials

TAHRAN - 27 July 2019: Omani Foreign Minister Yusuf bin Alawi arrived Saturday in Iran to meet with top officials in the country, the Times of Oman reported.

"His Excellency Minister Yusuf bin Alawi has arrived in Tehran today on a visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran," the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement Saturday.

"During the visit, the minister will meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif and other officials in the Iranian Republic, where the latest developments in the region will be discussed," it added.
