CAIRO - 2 July 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi arrived in Budapest Sunday on a three-day official visit to Hungary, during which he will participate in the summit of the Visegrad Group.

On Monday, Sisi will meet with his Hungarian counterpart Janos Ader and Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to discuss means of boosting bilateral cooperation between Cairo and Budapest.

The meetings will also take up regional and international issues of mutual concern.
Sisi and prime minister Orban will inaugurate an Egyptian-Hungarian business forum.
Sisi will attend the Visegrad Four (V4) summit Tuesday.

The summit will tackle the role Egypt plays in the region, as well as efforts to counter terrorism and illegal migration. Energy security and cooperation between Egypt and the EU are also on the agenda of the summit.
