Sisi sponsors 'Talk in Arabic' initiative targeting Egyptian expats' children

CAIRO - 26 November 2020: Egypt's Ministry of Immigration said that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi ordered a live broadcast by the ministry of important Egyptian events to promote interaction with Egyptian expats in various world countries.
 
This comes as part of the president's support to the a campaign aiming to encourage the children of the Egyptian expats abroad to speak in Arabic, and help them get accurate information about their homeland, Egypt.  
 
In a statement on Thursday, the ministry said that President Sisi sponsored the "Etkalem Arabi" or (Talk in Arabic) which is meant to promote link with Egyptian expats. 
 
Minister of Immigration Nabila Makram voiced deep appreciation for the president for sponsoring the initiative, adding that the initiative will offer a chance for youths and children abroad to get to know their homeland.
