DAMASCUS- 1 July 2017: A mine planted by Daesh terrorist group exploded in the northern Syrian city of al-Raqqa, leaving a woman and a child wounded, local sources said on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Sky News channel said the US-led coalition warplanes continued their shelling of Daesh-controlled sites and areas.

Earlier in the day, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said at least three people were killed in airstrikes believed to be conducted by the international alliance air forces on al-Raqqa's eastern countryside.
