CAIRO - 12 November 2020: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving an agreement between Egypt and the French Development Agency (AFD) on developing the first Cairo Metro line.
The agreement was signed in Cairo in June 2020.
The president also sanctioned another deal between Egypt and the AFD on a program for financing development policies of the electricity sector.
The deal as inked in Cairo in June 2020.
The two decrees were published in the gazette on Thursday.
